Check out some of the testimonials I have been given

  • Steve Blakeborough
    UX Design Lead at ADP
Guy is a great collaborator and really helps bring UI concepts to life. He has a passion for exacting detail and his command and understanding of the workflow techniques within Sketch is excellent. UX and UI design teams can learn from studying the way he works.Unlike many visual designers who may be great stylists, Guy is a strong interaction design thinker too. While respectful of the effort put into sketches and wireframes he may receive from other UX team members, he has a charming knack of getting to the essential 'why' of a problem and suggesting ways to improve a solution. Guy is a mature, detail minded and consensus driven designer. Hire him, You'll be glad you did.
  • Stu Collett
Digital Product & Experience Design Director for SaaS Applications
Super User Studio worked with Guy on a variety of complex SaaS application redesign projects in 2016. Guy is a really creative and diligent designer; he’s especially good at creating front-end design systems in Sketch and Zeplin as well as formulating the various levels of component interactivity. His meticulous attitude and strong work ethic ensure design systems are considered holistically and created consistently. Guy is an ego-free designer who’s always open to feedback and iteration to aid the overall design language of a digital product. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
  • Matt Silcock
    UX Director at ADP
Guy is a great designer, highly skilled at crafting effective UI. He has a pragmatic approach, successfully collaborating across a multi-disciplinary team, interpreting insights and expressing through his designs. Guy helped us to refine our processes and tools used to express design detail at a granular level, helping to steer a burgeoning design system. I have no hesitation in recommending Guy, he was a popular and valued member of the team and I would hope to work with him again in the future.
  • Keith Symons
Senior Design Manager at Microsoft (Skype)
I worked with Guy at Message Labs (Symantec) on the re-design of their web based administration tool. The tool is primarily used by corporate and government IT departments to administer their networks anti virus and anti spam protection. Sounds simple, but in reality, a hefty task. Guy was great to work with and a valuable asset to the project. He helped define and apply a new brand identity to a completely overhauled user interface. And ended up creating a good solid design system which would scale when new features and functionality were added in the future.
  • Graham Beale
Experience design practitioner, leader and strategist
Guy was a trusted member of my user experience team for over three years. During this time he was entirely responsible for the leading the design development of the communities project and iPad application. Both projects were high profile and received a great deal of attention from the CEO at Symantec. His achievements resulted in an internal award and much praise from his peers. His passion for all things visual (from moving image, photography and the interactive arts) enables him to explore a number of creative options. I personally enjoyed collaborating with Guy and I am in no doubt that his talent for creative exploration would a huge asset to any business.
